"Use the most recent SAPGUI version" Problem

Dear Guys,

I have upgraded my CRM system from 4.0 to 5.0 and ivew access by using EP60 through ITS server but i am unable to access CRM System.

error message as "Use the most recent SAPGUI version"

and also in my old crm version have java stack but for new version i have not install till yet java stack.

Is this reason or some what different?

PLease reply on urgent basis.
