This status could be explained as follows: The message was edited manually and stored. This action is only possible if the message previously had an error status ("Application error" or "System error"). The message can be restarted.

U can edit it using the link provided above.

Hi Kumar,

You can edit the message after the message comes into PI and resend this edited message to receiver, but for this you require special authorizations. please go through below url, it given step by step clearly.

Hello Kumar,

If the message is in error status.You can change the same manually.

Say for example the sender service mentioned in the soap is ABC_100.

And in XI Configuration you have defined sender agreement for ABC_110.

In this case the message will be in error status. Go to message monitoring select the message and open it.

Click on <b>Inbound Message - SOAP Header - Main</b>

Right Click on Main and select the option Edit Message Part.

<b>Example</b>

Old SOAP Header ..

<SAP:Sender>

<SAP:Service>ABC_100

</SAP:Service>

Change the above to ..

<SAP:Sender>

<SAP:Service>ABC_110

</SAP:Service>

Save it.. Go back ..select the message and restart it.

Do let us know if you need any additional clarifications.

Regards,

Sumit

Hi Kumar,

if message failed in XI with restart possible status then it would sit in Integration server for further processing and will not get deleted.

To delete this message from integration server,you need to <b>cancel processing of messages with error</b>. when you do this you can see <b>Message with errors canceled</b>.

XI might be having some background job to delete those cancelled messages.

Cheers,

Jag
