Error in Communication channel.

All,

we have a scenario where a source message is mapped into 3 different target messages for the same receiver and sent via 3 different communication channels. (2 file and 1 email).

while testing that we found that there was an issue in the content conversion on one communication channel (which was also the first per the runtime order). The thing is on sxmb_moni - we see all of them with success flags.

But when we see the adapter/communication channel monitoring we see the first communciation channel with the exact error (unable to convert...). But the other 2 communication channels never recd the message. Why is that?

And in such scenarios - how do we get the message again? (since it is showing as success in the SXMB_MONI)

you can find it in audit logs!

it can happen if the last two scenarios depend upon the outcome of the first message.

you can restart them from RWB
