Configuration control

Hi,

This is regarding a requirement in Configuration control in IS-A&D. The requirement is to compare only selected components (say 300 equipments) in Actual Configuration against (5000 equipments) in Allowed Configuration defined in iPPE.

How to get it in Configuration control check in workbench(CCM2)?

Tab page Configuration Control of IE02 of the TOP-Level equipment needs to be configured as follows;

Configuration: Enter Material of the Top Equipment

iPPE Access Information: Link to Access Node of the product structure.

We can use BADI BADI_CCM_EXPLOSION " Filter particular objects for the actual configuration load"

Hi,

I know there is some "user exit" to do this.

But first, you must create different type of node in iPPE. Exemple: Node_1, for node to be control in CCM2 and Node_2 for node not control during CCM2.
