Hi:

Well I'm having a problem to connect with EWA (Early Watch), I have some doubts:

1. When I make a connection with the sm59 to the OSS it sends me this error " <b>route permission denied (<public_ip> to oss001, sapmsOSS)"</b>, someone know how to solve that problem? be I think that it is an error with SAP saprouter. What do you think? and also in the machine wher is the saprouter I have these services:

sapmsPSM 3600/tcp

sapmsOSS 3699/tcp

sapdp01 3201/tcp

sapdp99 3299/tcp

But I can connect to SAP via saprouter.

2. When I run the program RTCCTOOL, it asks me to choose a sapserv the sapservs are 3 to 7, but the saprouter is configured for the sapserv2, I can overwrite to sapserv2 without problems?

3. Can someone tell me the steps to make an exit connection.

4. To entry to the SAPNet connection it should with the OSS_RFC user or with another
