upload categories master catalog

Hi to all,

- I am working in the extended classic scenario

- release 5.0

- file .CSV 2.0

I have a problem uploading the categories of the master catalog:

when i go to edit the master catalog, the system doesn't permit to see the categories and i can read the following error message:"not category in the master catalog".

The master catalog is in error.

I can see that it has no category (it is empty) and there are two red dots, one under "published" and one under "uploaded".

So I want one of the following:

1.To create a new master catalog, can you help me step by step?

2.Is it possible to have a general file in format .CSV to upload my master catalogin error?

Hi DaviMarc,

Which version and SP of CCM are you using? if you have problems to edit your master catalog you can check OSS Note 1024002 (depends of your version)

On the other hand I have an example of the file to upload the schema to the master catalog, give me your ID and I can send you

we have checked the OSS note that you have indicated.

We can see that it isn't our situation.
