Hello,

After upgrading to SP12 and then returning back to SP10 we have no access anymore to the integration processes in IB.

error message is :

"<b>Connection to server lost

you can log on again once the server is available again

Do you want to logon again?</b>"

Strange is old user who didn't connect for a long time still has access to the processes.

Hi,

Just close all sessions and re-open. We get this problem if you keep your sessions idle for long time .

Hello Nilesh,

I already thought this could be the problem but it doesn't work.

i also refreshed all caches.

I even tried to create new user in copy of the user which is working and connect on his frontend with this new user but it is the same message again.

Check wheather JAVA Stack is running....restart your J2EE / Java stack.

This will solve problem.

Hi Nilesh,

I have restarted Java J2ee in transaction SMICM but the error still persist.

When i go in SM21 i have following error :

10:27:55 RD S2 3 Connection to CPI-C client 129 was closed

10:27:55 DIA 003 200 SAPJSF R6 4 > CPI-C function: CMSEND(SAP)

It seems like a network problem but how can you handle this?

Laurent.

Hay,

could it be that the tools are still in the wrong SP and there is a mismatch?

please go into SDM and verify that all components are in the corretc SP level.

Uri.

Hi,

I cannot access the SDM gui and server from my frontend.

The server guys are somewhere else. I saw the RemoteGui.bat but i cannot execute it.

Laurent.

Laurent,

Just one more thought...It is not recommended to restart J2EE engine using SMICM transaction, because it denot stop all services..

Ask basis team to re-start Java stack from Unix Base...it will make sure stopping and restarting of all service..

You can handle this kind of situation by raising an alert on exception.

Hi Nilesh,

Sorry for late response but it was something like this.

They restarted J2EE engine on the server and everything is back normal.

Best regards,

Laurent.
