Hi there,
in XI 2.0 where we configure sender adapters as i can c we can configure reciever adapter at Reciever system endpoints...but what about sender adapters,,
Regards
Kumar...
Hi,
You need only sender Adapter if XI triggers the message flow.
Like polling on a filesystem to pick up files.
Or for JDBC Databases.
But when the Sender System triggers the message flow like IDOC or HTTP than you don't need a sender Adapter. These Messages will process directly to the Message pipeline of XI.
As i remember in XI 2.0 you have to configure the Adapter Engine with configuration Files.

Robin

Hi,
i haven't worked on XI 2.0,but if XI receiving messages from some system there you configure sender adapter.
if you are sending message to other system there you have to configure receiver adapter
Source--
>Target

i dont think it would be different from XI 3.0
