carrier determination problem

Hi All,

Have an order which is a rail order and delivery, but due to a forwarding agent (truck transportation)is in the reference contract, this is over writing the rail frwrd agent in shipping standard. What should be done to solve this out.

I have checked the automatic carrier determination table and the table doesn’t have the ship to party determined.

Plz suggest what to do next.

Hi

I feel you can include the same in your contract, so that it will be updated in the sales order. otherwise when your creating a sales order just change the ship to party .
