BBP_BD 002 An exception has occurred

Hi,

For few of the Shopping carts, R/3 Purchase Requisitions could not be created because it throws error , For example "Shopping cart 1000014562 (PReq. 2000001428): BBP_BD 002 An exception has occurred".

Does someone throw light on this, there are atleast 10-12 Carts going into this error daily.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi,

We are hitting similar error .

We are implementing Extended Classic Scenario.

When i create shopping cart - it saves perfectly. However if i log in as SRM Administrator and check on Application Monitors - the shopping cart is shown as..

"Shopping cart 1000000133 (PReq. 😞 BBP_BD 002 Buffer table not up to date "

Hence this shopping cart does not come into the "Sourcing Cockpit" for further processing

Appreciate if someone can share their expertise on this please

Note 968110 - Transfer canceled, account assignment acc. to

value/quantity

Symptom

You transfer a shopping basket item with an account assignment in

accordance with value or quantity, with only one account assignment line.

The transfer terminates with the following error: Shopping cart XXX (PReq.

YYY): BBP_BD 002 An exception occurred.

check the above note .Is it applicable to you?

It is not giving any dump in ST22.

No further details are available except the message "BBP_BD 002 An exception has occurred" in RZ20 alerts.
