regarding MDM

Dear responders,

I have created repository, Table and Field. I want to see the table and field in SQL server which i have created in MDM server. i am trying to communicate through port 2345, the connection was not established.

how are you trying to communicate? are you sure the repository is loaded, and the port is correct?

can you ping/telnet the server/port?

Hi Alejandro,

We tried both and the results came out as below,

<b>Ping <IP></b> was successful

<b>telnet <IP> 1433</b> was successful

<b>telnet <IP> 2345</b> failed with the following message

<b>Connecting To <IP> Could not open connection to the host, on port 2345: Connect failed</b>

Could you give some clues to solve this issue ?

Hi,

Login to ur repository in console.....then click on server.

Now in Repositories pane it will see all repositories.

Go to ur repository....there u can see port of ur repository.
