Idoc to file Scenario not working

Hi ALL,

I have created one Idoc -XI-File scenario.I have done all the preconfiguartion in Backend and XI.

Now when i am testing in we19, it is showing that Idoc is sent and saved in the database but when i am going to sm58, there it is showing Status field "No service for system SAPSAI, client 800 in Integration directory

Can anybody tell where i am going wrong???

HI,

Check the Logical system name given to your Business system SAPSAI.Check that your client should also assigned to same logical system name.

Hi Vikas,

Please can you confirm that all queues are registered and activated.

To do this go to transaction SXMB_ADM --> manage queues.

Check all the ALE Settings first ..then Business systems....this should soleve ur problem........

Vikas,

on XI create port IDX1 exactly same as it say like

port:SAPSAI

client:800

RFC Dest:give you have created on XI in SM59

it should work now.

Hi Babu,

I have created the port simiarly as you have written, and have assigned the correct RFC

But still not working.

Hi Vikas,

check the status using WE02. If it shows green(successfully sent) status.

Then you should check in XI integration engine.

In case it is not there, check the RFC destination of your partner profile.

Are you sending that to XI or somewhere else;)

Hi Anand,

In we02 it is showing green status. But in XI integration engine i.e SXMB_MONI, it is not showing any message.

In partner profile i have assigned the correct RFC ( which i have tested and connection is established)

I am sending to XI only...

Vikas pls check the ALE settings,

After checking the RFC destination , partner profile make sure that u distribute the model view created by BD64(SALE),

Also before distributing model view check in SALE txn that the Logical system for XI is defined or not, if not define it, ( SALE-->Assign logical system)

As u cud c green led in weo5 it means idoc is not reaching XI itself hence it wont show in sxmb_moni, so recheck the settings done in R/3 first

Hi,

Now i am able to see the message in sxmb_moni , it is showing Green status, but still am not getting the file in reciever side.

In communication channel monitoring it is showing green status,but not giving any messages theres

Any suggestions what do to next to get the file??

Hi Vikas,

You should see a checkered flag in SXMB_MONI to show that the message was successful. If you see a green flag, scroll to the right and see what the queue status is (in the clumn labelled Q. Status). Its likely that your problem will be picked up here.

try monitoring your message in RWB-Message monitoring

In message monitoring select your message and click Details to check the errors

Also check your receiver communication channel. It must be showing some error.

Try to test ur configuration in ID.

In ID Tools-Test configuration..

Give ur source Structure as Payload.

Hi,

In sxmb_moni i can see the green flag but Nothing is there in queue status.

Hi

While doing the monitoring in RWB-message monitoring it is showing 'To be delivered'

What i have to do next, so that it make delivered

In we05 u should see green flag and in SXMB_MONI u should see a Prcocessed Successful flag in Status column( more of a race finish flag)..

sm58 for any errors there also..

Also check in communication channel monitoring for any errors!!

Did you created Business System for SAPSAI, client 800.

Also did you configured Business Scnario?
