Bid Invitation URL

Do you know where the Bid Inviation URL is stored. Vendors are complaining the URL that they receive via email is not working.

I want to start at the place where the URL is stored. Also despite the client=100 in URL, the ITS page is defaulting it to 300. Do you know why that could be happening?

Hi, it should be setup in your organization structure in the attributes EXT_ITS. Please check it and adjust it to the client number you want.

Please check the attribute EXT_ITS in the Org structure.Also see the foll note which handles the same problem:

Also you can try to modify the URL by implementing the BADI "BBP_CHANGE_SF_BID".

Hi Ka,

have a look into the Org Model for attribute EXT_ITS. There is the URL maintained.

In parallel look into SICF and go for default_host - sap - bc - gui - sap - its. Look

for service bbpvendor. Open the file by double click. Go to tab "Error Pages" and

click on the button "Configuration". You get a screen with the settings used for

logon. In the right hand corner there are the settings maintained for the default

client and the language.
