How to find out driver program for a standarded form( script, Smartforms, PDF
form)
Is there any table which stores the Forms and there related driver program.

You can check the table <b>TTXFP,TNAPR</b> and also check in NACE Out put type.

it is very easy to find from SAP IMG, use tcode SPRO.
