"Cannot update user data" pop-up message in Maintain Attributes

In the SRM Transaction "Maintain Attributes" users get the pop-up message "Cannot update user data" when saving. We have installed 884067

but this did not fix it. If you move your mouse cursor off of the Pop Up you get a timer cursor. This only stops when you click OK in the Pop-Up.

This is different from the way messages are normally displayed in SRM and is not listed in T100, nor can I find it produced by ABAP code or the Service Template.

We are on SAPKIBKS10 which overwrote OSS Note 847439.

In table BBP_CUST we have (only) a record for EBP_CUA_SCENARIO with

Value 'ACTIVE'.

We are using CUA.

Thanks, but it's looking like the authorisations of the user in the CUA destination in SM59 when FM 'BAPI_USER_CHANGE' is called by 'BBPU_USER_CHANGE_ZBV'
