Replacing Development Server

Hi,

I am having three system landscape.One more Quality and Development server are there included in the landscape and STMS.Now suddenly our Development server is facing some problem and it is down.So we are not able to do any transports and development activites.Development system is our Domain controller.

Now at this moment if I am going to use my second Development server then what are the changes that I have to make(STMS or others)???

SAP Version:4.6C

OS: Windows 2000 Server.

DB:Oracle 8i

you should have created a backup domain controller before your DEV system crashed.
