hi

easy access screen can also be called as end user screen here only data can be entered and no customisation can be done.

in SPRO all the customisings and configurations can be done like ENTERPRISE STUCTURE, CREATION OF A/C GROUPS, VARIOUS SALES DOCS AND ITEM CATEGORIES ETC.

The former is navigational and later is customization

Easy access menu is for Calling up Program Functions.

SPRO

In context of SAP / R/3 (refer to help.sap.com, service.sap.com) SPRO is a transaction code.

Entering SPRO (Customizing: Execute Project) as a transaction code in the R/3 application opens the customizing environment.

There you can customize the R/3 system using the SAP reference IMG (Implementation Management Guide) or you can define projects for customization: e.g. adapting the reference IMG to the needs of your company and/or subdivide the customization task into different sub projects.

SPRO is the customizing transaction in SAP R/3. This transaction can be configured.
