How can SOLMAN integrate non-ABAP components (For Example: ARIS products used for BPM which are integrated and can run only on ARIS platform)? Does SOLMAN support standard set of interfaces, using which it can talk to products of this kind, which run on different platforms? Or do we need to deploy XI as an integration broker in this case?
Hello Namrata,
ARIS for SAP NetWeaver is the enterprise modeling component offered
by SAP and IDS Scheer. ARIS for SAP NetWeaver comes with SAP
connectivity to SAP Business Solutions (transaction calls via modeling
objects) as well as an interface integration with SAP Solution Manager.
In this scenario, the customer can synchronize reference content
delivered with the SAP Solution Manager (BPR - Business Process Reposi-
tory) Business Blueprint and ARIS for SAP NetWeaver, where process
models from SAP can be assigned to the business level models and
changes in the SAP models can be made and the synchronized back into
the Solution Manager blueprint.
Hope that the above information helps.
Regards
Amit
