I am sending a doc on your Id but for steps you can follow the procedure below:
Procedure:
1.Create test plans
1. Start the Test Organization.
2. Choose a project.
3. Choose Test Plan -> Create.
4. Enter a title for your test plan and choose Continue.
The structure of your project is displayed.
5. Choose test cases for your test plan.
You can also filter test cases by attributes and base a test plan on the selection.
6. Choose Generate.
The system generates a test plan based on your selection and returns to the initial.
2.Create Test Packages
Start the Test Organization.
Choose a test plan and the Manage Test Package pushbutton.
Go to the structure display of the test plan from which you want to generate a test package.
3. Choose the project structure underlying your test plan is displayed.
4. Select the sub areas which are relevant for the test package.
5. To select by test case attributes or test case status, choose (Test Case Attributes) or (Test Case Status) respectively.
Enter your selection criteria in the following screen. Only those test cases are now selected which were previously selected and also satisfy the specified selection conditions.
3. Assign the test package to a tester.
A test package is usually assigned to a tester.
The tester finds this test package as a work list in the test transaction.
You can also lock or delete a test package for a tester.
4. Thereafter the test cases can be tested and the test results are documented.
