Unable to find the free space in DB12

Hi,

I am having my Production system in Cluster environment .Platform is Windows 2000 server.SAP version is 4.6C with Oracle 8i.There are three application instances(dialag) in this env.I go and check DB12 for status of Archive directory

it is saying the status is unknown, I am unable to find the free space available on the archive directory. how can I set this so that i can find the the space available on archive directory.

by the way: 8i is no longer supported.

did you have the problem only on the dialog boxes (possibly not running on the db-server) or did you also have it on the SAP Instance running on the database server?

you may check saposcol is running and providing information about disks (use st06).

I have given you some portion of ST06 for analysis.saposcol is running in all three application instances(three separate box).

I think SAPOSCOL is not running properly. We also faced the same problem. But after the restart the server our problem is solved.
