I'm unable to difine adapters while creating communication channel.
Where can i see all adapters which are availble in Adapter engine?

Please Go through the link, it tells you about the Adapter Engine in XI:

Also you can go through <i>Adapter Framework</i>, link given Mr. Arpit Seth. Adapter Framework shows the health of all the adapters defined in Integration Engine,
a) A <i>red light</i> indicates a fault in one of the Communication channel.
b) A <i>green light</i> indicates ok signal, and
c) A <i>dark grey light</i> shows that the adapter is in Inactive state or the status is unknown.
d) A <i>yellow light</i> means warning.
