WebDynPro and BlackBerry Browser

Hello...

I am new to the WebDynPro world. I am trying to get a WD table to show up on the BlackBerry browser...we have NW 07 sp12 server. The only way anything will show up is if I emulate the IE browser but it is messy.

I have enabled all JS on the browser...any other ideas?

I was trying on someone's actual BlackBerry. I will install that emulator and give it a try with your suggested querystring param.

Hi Brian,

There could be another issue, Some of the table components in not supported on the Backberry, this could be one of the reasons the table not being visible. Can you check if your are using grouped columns in the table, Blackberry does not support grouped columns.

Hello Karthik...

That did it, the table template tool automatically provided a grouped column table. Once I removed that and inserted the right type of columns manually...it worked.

Hi Brian,

By BlackBerry browser do you mean you are trying this in an actual BlackBerry or a BlackBerryEmulator?

You can also try adding the parameter sap-wd-client=WmlClient

as the end of your url.
