Work process is in reconnect status

Hi

I am facing problem in system .When i check System Log (SM21) , i am getting below error, found that it cancel the work process and data load into BW

UPD 21 BV4 Work process is in reconnect status

UPD 21 BYY Work process has left reconnect status

DIA 02 AB0 Run-time error "CALL_FUNCTION_SINGLE_LOGIN_REJ" occurred

BTC 27 BV4 Work process is in reconnect status

DIA 14 BV4 Work process is in reconnect status

DIA 16 BV4 Work process is in reconnect status

UPD 22 BV4 Work process is in reconnect status

UPD 23 BV4 Work process is in reconnect status

DIA 10 BV4 Work process is in reconnect status

BTC 29 BV4 Work process is in reconnect status

This is very urgent , please suggest me how to reactify this.

Is that your actual state or is that longer ago?

This status means, that the database is not accessible and the workprocess is trying again and again to reconnect to it.

will for example happen during an DB13 triggered offline backup.
