closing session

We have Integrated ITS 6.4 in ECC 6.0. In ESS portal when we click on a link first time it is working fine and opening the requested pdf form. If I click another link with in the same page I am getting a small popup window stating "closing session" and then the popup window closing automatically. After this I am not able to do anything in the portal and then browser is loading Start SAP Easy Access screen.

In stand alone ITS it is working fine. But in Integrated env it is creating issue.

If you know how to fix this issue plz share your exp.

What kind of iview do you call?

IAC- or Transaction-iview?

Is disconnectonclose set to 1 in the Gui-Settings for this service?

Is the iview started with ~transaction?

What result do you get when you start it with ~okcode?
