Unable to restart the messages in SXI_MONITOR?

Hi,

Message is in scheduled status and I checked the queue and it is throwing error text as "object is currently locked by the user xyz" then I deleted the entry in the queue. Using SXI_Monitor when I am restarting the particular messages I am unable to restart the message as it is throwing error text "message is currently locked by user xyz" How to unlock this particular message? Any help on this greatly appreciated. Appreciate for your response.

Hi Daniel,

Is the user xyz logged on to the system? Perhaps you can release the lock if you are sure it won't cause any harm. To do this, go to transaction sm12 and view all locks for user xyz. Then you might simply e able to delete the lock.

SXMB_MONI & SXI_MONITOR (both are same) are used to check the message status on Integration server (XI pipeline) and SXI_MONITOR is part of SXMB_MONI.
