When creating a rush order the following error is seen,i am unable to give the shipping point also

Order is incomplete - maintain the order

Message no. VL096

How to proceed

dear hemavathy,

go to the incompletion log and give the data what is incomplete

goto tcode OVL2 and maintain shipping point determination

hope it will work now

hi,

kindly check whether u have maintained the following fields in the RO document type.

1. shipping conditions as immediate.

2. assign shipping condition to ur plantloading groupshipping point+manual shipping point. the u create the RO sales order and see, it will determine.

reward points if it is solved.

Hi Hemavathy,

The loading group is picked from the Sales:General/Plant View of the Material Master.

Shipping Condition is picked from the Shipping Tab in Sales Area Data of Customer Master Record for the Ship to Party.

Plant is taken from the item level of the sales document.

have a look to the header shipping tile: are the shipping condition present ? are the material information present ? (loading group...)
