server mount state

Hi everyone,

I am new to sap i had some queries to rectify i shall appreciate if u guys help me out. .

1. what r different states of server. what does each state stands for.

2. how you will refresh the db.

3. how to configure new printers.

i am new to sdn also i dont know where to post the basis queries. so plz let me know where i can post the queries. i will assign points.

Running or stop , seems you are looking about oracle state like mount , open etc .. are you ?

2. how you will refresh the db.

You have different methods to do that. brrestore , export/import database etc

3. how to configure new printers.

using transaction SPAD .
