Can any one explain the functions of Integration Builder Client Framework && Integration Builder Server Framework???
>>Integration Builder Client Framework && Integration Builder Server Framework???
IB is common tool frame work (client server) for design & config time activities. It allows you to work with objects in both repositories. IB is a java application.
->On the client side it provides the user interface for working with XI objecasts
->On the server side it offers services for authentication, lock management, import/export versioning..etc..

Hi,
Framework means set of APIs developed for a particular purpose.
In our case Integration Builder Client Framework is the one which helps us to Design,Create, deploy the integration objects from clients machine.
And integration Builder Server Framework for managing the objects, authentication, queuing and so on from the server point of view.
Its a concept behind "Shared Collaborative Knowledge" in SAP XI.
Hope this helps.
