Insert Partner function in crmd_order

Hi

I want to insert a partner function in crmd_order. how can i insert? Is any function module or BAPI available?

Hi Muthu,

I believe everything you want to do is covered in the IMG node SAP Solution Manager > Advanced Configuration > Service Desk > Partner Determination Procedure

Click on the Define Partner Determination Procedure activity

Select the Partner Determination Procedure (i.e. SLFN001) on the right and then click the Partner Functions in Procedure folder on the left. Add your Partner Function.

Then select the User Interface Settings folder on the left and place that Partner Function in one of the four Partner Function fields.

There is also an activity in the node to create a new Partner Function if that is needed.
