What is T-COde for changing comma (,) to (.) and what is the reason behind of it

in SU01 you can do the setting, which will effect only for your user id

What is the field name in SU01, it is can maintain by USER ID?

Hi

Normally for every different user different customisation setting are done by BASIS Consultant.. So Once you get inside the SU01 you can find the field Decimal indicator or else you can consult BASIS CONSULTANT..

They are the right people so that they can guide you
