User's Transaction Code Access

Hi Gurus,

As per my knowledge using Transaction Code ST03, if we select date in the workload window and User profile in Analysis view, we get a workload overview screen for different users. Know when we double click on the user we should get the Transaction Codes Accessed by the user for the selected date, but insted it shows me Instances Utilized by user. Please let me know any changes that can be done so that i can view the TC accessed by the users.

Hi Parvez,

it is simple. When you must be entering ST03 and going for option Choose for analysis you must be choosing total (in the resultant pop up ) instead of individual instances. If you choose total you will get this kind of output. Choose the individual instances and then you will get the desired output.

Can you please explain where actually do we have to set up individual instances. I can see a Total option next to Set filter button is this what you are talking about and this is anabled. The button next to it is diabled and I am not able to enable it.

Check with T-code STAT/STAD to find the t-codes accessed by users.
