Can anyone tell me how shipping point is configured in SAP for returns sales order.

Hi,

First of all you should create a returns shipping point or from where the material comes in. You have to define and assign the shipping point in the enterprise structure.

IMG - Logistics Execution - Shipping - Basic Shipping Functions - Shipping Point and Goods Receiving Point Determination - Assign Goods Receiving Points for Inbound Deliveries.

Here you select your plant, storage location and shipping point.

Assumption that configuration setting is already done at Enterprise structure level, which are as follows:

1. Shipping point Created

2. Shipping Point assigned to Plant

We did this, but when copying with reference, it overwrites the document settings.

Maintain a separate shipping point in the img for returns. and for the correct combination of shipping point loading group and delivering plant and assign it, in the return sales document type. so when you create a returns order using this document type, it will come
