SRM MDM 1.0 Vs 2.0

Is any one using SRM-MDM 2.0? It suppose to be available (unrestricted shipment) on July 2nd and not sure it's status. we are upgrading to SRM 5.5 and thinking of using MDM. any thoughts on MDM 1.0 Vs MDM 2.0. any information (lessons learned) on MDM 2.0 will be much appreciated.

We are currently upgrading to MDM 2.0 using SRM 5.0. Some installation documents are wrong (Oracle Lib Variable), and my MDM GUI ist not running stable while importing data from the old Katalog. There are already some good Blogs and other stuff. You need to think about the processes you want to activate, depending on that you have to use several new infrastructure components (like PI, Java Stack, FTP Server,...)
