Aggregation and Percentages

This is about aggregation not disaggregation.

I have a key figure (X) that has a percentage UOM that I need to aggregate based on another key figure (Y) with a Tonnes UOM.

For example, in KF X I have three products at detail view, with the values of 60, 20 and 20 respectively. In the detail view of key figure Y I have all zeros (I’ve activated Zero Allowed). If I enter 20 in the second product of key figure Y I need the total of Y to be 4

20/100 (from X) * 20 (from Y) = 4

Is that possible?

Thanks for your help

Hi SC,

I think that it is not possible to do this kind of aggregation, you could use calculation type A or D to do a similar agregation, but this aggregation will be based on the number of CVC's at detailed level, not based in another key figure.

At least you are working with percentage key figures, the aggregated level must be greater than any detailed level.

I hope this can help you.

Regards.

Marín.

Hi

you can use a KF(Z) and have a step in a macro to hold the copy of the KF(X)

Then you use your calculation to calculate the Value of X as KF(Z)/100*KF(Y) and it should work

I assume you dont expect the total of KF(x) to remain at 100
