Backup on remote medium via FTP

Hi!

I have the following error using backup in DB 13

My parameters:

remote_host = name of remote host

remote_user = "user password"

archive_stage_dir = file\Backup\SSM

here the error

that's the point where you have to digg into the ftp daemons configuration.

on which operating system is the ftp server running?

Hi!

FTP Server is running under Unix.

We have tried to give the path with sap/Backup/SSM.

It works, BUT it does not write into the SSM directory.

All the files will be writen into sap/backup directory.

<b>Can you describe please, wich parameters in init<DBSID>.sap are responsible for that?</b>
