hi

when an order is created as RO then a delivery document number is created but it dosent mean that delivery process is completed...

the delivery is done only by means of manul PGI process.. so go to VL02N and complete the PGI process..

if delivery document numebr itself is not getting created when RO is saved then chk ur document configuration....

In VOV8, select rush order and mark "Immediate Delivery" field as "X". Delivery will be created automatically

ro order created but no delivery created.

i am unable to give shipping point in ro.why?it is coming shipping is not determined in this transaction.

Hi

For Rush Order & Cash Sales you have to assign Shipping condition as 10, since in this both the cases delievry document is created immediately.

use the T.code: OVL2 and then assign shipping condition as 10 for your plant and shipping point.

u need 2 do shipping point determination....in logistics execution shipping data...

do that becoz a without sshp u cant do delivery

Hi

Rush Order Process:

1. Create Sales order, when you save the sales order, delivery document will be created.

2. Go to Change Delivery - VL02N and enter the delivery document no. and then do PGI.

3. Create billing document.
