Hi,

When iam doing billing iam getting the r=error that Foreign trade data incomplete, bcoz of which iam not able to do accounting.

also for other material iam getting the error that export data missing.

in Billing Header go to ForTrade/Customs tab Near Set box there is one icon , if you click that you will find which data is incomplete for Foriegn Trade.

If you wanto change the Incompleteion procedure for Foriegn Trade , you can do it at SPRO->Sales and Distribution->Foreign Trade/Customs=>Control Foreign Trade Data in MM and SD Documents->Incompleteness Schemas for Foreign Trade Data

Hi,

This Error occur in 2 cases:

1. If you do the export sales, you have extend the material to Foreign Trade and fullfill all the necessary field.

2. If Currency various, in sales order and customer master data.
