Output Device ( convert PDF )

Hello,

I want to take a print out of a document/report in the system in PDF form without using abap code or FM. What kind of printer should I add or is it possible to add a normal printer to do this?

Which version of SAP you are using

If it 4.7 or higer then there is a Device type which does this "PDF1"

Set this device type for a default printer and at the OS level , in the printer port , use the port "Print to file"

Hello Ismail,

Please install Adobe on your desktop and set Adobe as default printer , it will convert print page into PDF .
