stock posting error

Hi friends,

can any one explaint about

"Fld selectn for mvmt type 561 / acct 399999 differs for Ext. GA amount in LC (023)".

this error is coming , while we are posting the stock (intial stock posting:MB1C)

how to solve that error. please explain the process

hi,

roberto is correct, its about the mandatory fields differing in movment type and corresponding accounting document.

I dont remember but there is a report running which it will compare vis-a- vis the fields of movment type and accounting document. I think if you click on that error message it will show in the help some where the name of that report. It starts with " R ".

It's a MM problem, maybe related to the different mandatory fields required in the movement type and accounting document.
