I think the whole set of sales activities are covered in CRM and not in sales. May be if you post this query to CRM group, you will get some answers providing more value to you.

Thanks for all your reply but the things is we need sales activity for not full facility which is provided by SAP CRM ...from the SD part with some limitation .For that i need how to configure the things its ok with some limitation....

So if you know any thing regarding that it will help full for me .......

Hi Abhijit,

you can configure the sales activity in SAP CRM, where you can run your own activities , like for your example you want to send some brouchers to your customer , the same can be configured in CRM where you can just run an Campaign which will send out the e mail to the respective target groups you select.

this feature is more enhanced in CRM Module than SD.
