Hi Anand,
1. Customizing Synchronizing
you can maintain consistency as you customize your heterogeneous IT environment. It enables safer administration of customization, less error-prone replication of custom settings, and simpler consistency checks.
It is used for reduce manual synchronization efforts by automatically distributing custom settings to various systems simultaneously, and by centrally managing all requests to synchronize settings.
2. Customizing Distribution
The Customizing Distribution starts a process which transfers the customizing into the target systems. The Customizing Distribution writes all distributed customizing changes in transport requests, so that you can transport the customizing changes from the development systems into the quality assurance and production systems.
It is used for ensure that all changes that you make in the customizing of a source system are distributed into target systems.
3. Customizing Scout
it is a tool to compare customizing objects in a system in an SAP system landscape, with customizing objects in an ERP system
It is used for help you to synchronize the customizing settings when implementing or updating a system landscape. You can use the comparison to eliminate differences in the customizing settings of the systems, for example by using the IMG implementation guide or the Customizing Distribution.after the comparison
if it helpul reward points are appreciated
