Hi all,
the confirmed qty in schedule line is zero in one of my sales order & system is giving the message that "no schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date"
pls advice

hi Vikas,
If you are creating a delivery from the change order screen , VA02, by using the subsequent functions tab and get the error as you mentioned, then please check the date of the delivery and ...you are in all probility trying to create a delivery today for the order which needs to be delivered in the future..if that is indeed the case, then the date selection should be equal to the delivery due date and not the system date (i.e. today's date)

Jus see the field"SCHEDULE LINES ALLOWED" in item category controls for that particular item category.

Hi Chabra,
System will show confirmed quantity as Zero in the sales order, if the customer has any credit check. If the customer exeeds credit limit, even though if you proceed then you can see confirmed quanitity as zero, in the sales order.
Goto VKM3, and give your sales order number, and release it then you can see the confirmed quantity in the sales order.
And in the delivery if your getting the error as "no schedule line due for delivery for the selected date" means, the confirmed quanity date in the schedule lines in the sales order is not same as the date what your giving while creating delivery.
Pl check the date in the order and give the same date at the delivery creation screen.

Hi Vikas,
Go to VA02 there you go to Item data and click on Schedule line data, here you check the delivery date and delivery quantity..
Now Go to VL01N and enter the same date as of Schedule Line category.. Now system will allow you to get inside the delivery ( Note :this is can be done in Training Server not in Production Server)
Thus you can solve this Problem

Check the stock of the material in T.code: MMBE
Most probably the stock is not available, if it is there let us know. If it is not there add the stock in T.Code: MB1C

Hi Vikas,
This message means that that the order for this line item is not confirmed.
No stock is avialable in the system for the requested delivery date specified in the order.you can check the stock in MMBE.
Post the stock through MB1C
And now run the avilability check in sales order manually.This time the quanity should be confirmed.
Once this is confirmed you can create the delivery for the sales order

Chk if you maintained the delivering plant for the material using the T.Code:MM02 in sales:Sales org.1
