IBIP transaction

Hello all,

Has anyone uploaded new technical objects in the plant maintenance module using transaction code IBIP?

If so, could you please explain the process or send me a step-by-step process?

I followed the instructions mentionned on the link below:

But at some point I wasn't able to complete the process.

Hai,

Following steps may please be tried

Enter Transaction code: IBIP

Select method of adoption as "call transaction"

Select process mode as "N" to run in background

go to File Management tab

Select file format as "Text file format"

Select File access: Source as "Presentation Server"

Select the file to be attached from desktop through "Phys,file name: & execute.

Hi,

Thanks for your replies I follow your instructions but i have the following error message:

"514 Transaction Cmm3-73.03 not supported in batch input mode"

I have that error message for each item I am trying to upload.

Hi,

It is easier to use LSMW to my opinion. IBIP is also part of LSMW, so this should work for you.
