Hi
Could you plz tell me the difference between NWA(NetWeaver Administrator) and VA(Visual Administrator) ??
Thanks
Kumar
Hi Kumar,
SAP NetWeaver Administrator (NWA) is the new Web Dynpro-based tool for administration and monitoring, offering a central entry point to the whole SAP NetWeaver system landscape. The SAP NetWeaver Administrator can be used in a central scenario where it is capable of operating an entire system landscape containing ABAP and Java systems as the application platform of SAP NetWeaver.

for extra features.
The J2EE Engine Visual Administrator is a graphical user interface (GUI) that enables administration of the whole cluster, all cluster elements, and all modules running on them. It provides remote monitoring and management of managers, services, libraries, and interfaces working on each element in a single GUI.

Hi Gulsen
Whether NWA will have all the functionalities of VA ?? If NWA has the capability to monitor all the systems that are available in the landscape ...........whether it needs separate system to launch this software ?? So NWA is a optional tool whether you use it or not entirely depends on the client landscape. But VA will come by default with XI installation. Plz correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks
kumar
