we r facing with a typical problem. The connection to the Directory is quite unstable. I login and with in few minutes i get a message saying that Connection lost this is happing quite frequently..
There may be chances with your network also. I would suggest to let the network administrators know about this. Also check with your Basis guys whether they are doing any updates and restarts to the server.
