Hi,

Im' trying to work out a secure B2B scenario (Outbound). I'm using CIDX adapter to connect to the partner system. I hv done the necessary security configuration viz., SSL & Digital certificates. But when I try to send a message to the partner system it is giving me the following error.

<b>Transmitting the message to endpoint https://abc.com:443/ using connection CIDXAdapter failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error while silently connecting: org.w3c.www.protocol.http.HttpException: iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: bad certificate.</b>

Also, I hv sent my public certificates to the business partner

Can anyone figure out this and help me in resolving the issue.

Hi Akshay Salunke,

Please ensure you are done below tasks

-logon to your PI- NWA

-choose 'Configuration Management -> Security'

- Click on 'Certificates and keys'

- Click on 'PartnerCert' under KeyStore Views

- Click on 'Import Entry' KeyStore View Details

- Import your client public key here.

Give few minuts time for system syncup and re-activate your corresponding communication channel and then retry sending messages.

I hope this will address your issue.
