Hello SAP Prof,

1.Can one change the ship to party after delivery has been created?

2.Can one change the shipping point after delivery creation?

Pls clarify it

hi,

we cannot change the ship-to -party, shipping once the delivery and PGI is done

IF IT IS NOT DONE then go to transaction code VA02 and change the shipping point and ship-to-party

Hi,

It is not possible to change the shipping point and ship-to party after creation of delivery. Only way to change the shipping point and ship-to party is to delete the delivery manually and then change the shipping point and ship-to party in VA02 screen.

IT is not possbile changes in delivery document once PGI is done

Even after doing PGI it is possible to change. Even after billing this is possible.

What you need to do is cancell the billing doc. then reverse the PGI and then delete the delivery. In the order do the necessary changes as mentioned above and create a new del document.

You cannot change shipping point or ship to in the created delivery doc. You need to delete the delivery and create a new one.

if delivery document is created and still PGI is not done then both the cases are possible .. but once if the material has left for delivery then its not possible
