Neither the messager server nor the application server can be reached

Hello Gurus,

I am getting this error, when I go to my Runtime Workbench and to my Integration Engine. I have restarted the J2EE server but this was not the answer to my problem. Has anyone else got an idea how to fix this?

Also make sure that, you have RWBUSER has enough permissions etc-Configuration
