ITS service CATW

Hello,

We're using ITS version 6.20 patch 18.

I'm trying to use the standard ESS service CATW, but when we launch CATW the menu is appearing on the left hand side and the name of the worker. But nothing on the application side, there is no 'Record Working Time' place. Also when I click in some of the buttons on the left hand side it doens't work.

Can someone help me?

We are also experiencing the same problem with catw.

I'm just not sure what templates you are refering to. Can you please give me more information regarding these templates and where you get the new templates from.

you have to publish the templates for CATW using w3_publish_services.

Hello,

It's working now. We did an upgrade of the ITS, but we were still working with the old templates. Now we imported the correct templates and everything is OK!
