You may use the report RSUSR002 [e.g. transaction S_BCE_68001400 etc.-

Users by Complex Selection Criteria].

There you have the selection area: "Selection by field name".

For company code you would enter e.g. BUKRS and then the corresponding value you want to evaluate.

The organizational fields are of course related to several authorization objects.

So this is really a simple evaluation based on a field value.

Maybe this helps.

First determine what roles are created for which particular org. levels and then execute a report (SUIM report) for users by roles.

You need to have an understanding of how your roles are created and named in order to find out the users. Table AGR_1252 lists the roles with their org levels; otherwise, table AGR_AGRS lists all the parent and child (derived/org level specific roles). The child roles would be any roles listed under AGR_NAME and have an entry for PARENT_AGR.

If users are generally segregated by specific regions or company codes, user groups should be created and maintained to easily identify where users belong since the SUIM reports can report on users by various user information, such as user groups (created via txn code SUGR).

The list is so big so is there any way that find the users directly by company code?

Hi,

If you want simple way to pull the users list......get in touch with your SD functional consultant or abap programmer. there might be a possibility.

if your SAP roles are segregated as per the country codes, it s easy to pull the users list as per the company code.

thanks,

Praveen.
